**About the team**:
As a prominent player in China's crash safety sector, our team excels in areas such as safety integration, structural crash resistance, occupant protection, pedestrian protection and test validation. All these specialties enable us to fulfill the development and delivery needs of vehicles across the globe. Furthermore, we are committed to address safety issues at every stage.

Amid the surge of intelligent and electric mobility, we meticulously examine traffic accident data and seamlessly integrate advanced in-car and external perception signals with traditional passive safety, to address genuine accident issues in real-world situations, thereby further reduce accident and casualty rates of vehicle travel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide the design, light weighting, pre-verification analysis and result review of global vehicle NCAP safety performance, and drive the execution.
- Provide guidance and solutions for collision safety issues, and drive the implementation of the solution.
- Take charge of the road map planning on active & passive safety integration.
- Lead cross-team communication on active safety, EE architecture, other safety related issues and drive the problem solving.

**Experience**:

- Master's degree and above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 10+years' working experience in crash safety.
- Global NCAP design experience of more than 3 vehicle models, with impressive evaluation results achieved.
- Good capability in theoretical safety.

**Knowledge**:

- Good understanding of US-NCAP, IIHS, E-NCAP, C-IASI, C-NCAP and global crash international standards, and should have a good insight on future development trends.
- Passionate about new technology, with a certain understanding of active and passive safety integration.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- A highly motivated team player with excellent cross-team communication skills.
- Ability to take high-level inputs from different stakeholders and distill them into concrete next steps and action.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Be Proactive and should have the ability to think out of the box to meet business goals effectively.
