**Safety Expert Pharmaindustrie VZ oder TZ mind. 50% (m/w/d)**
- Diese Position bietet Flexibilität, da mobiles Arbeiten nach Abstimmung möglich ist._
- Die Stelle ist derzeit für 12 Monate befristet - Option auf Verlängerung._

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Selbständige Durchführung von Ereignisuntersuchungen
- Bearbeiten von Fragestellungen zu Tätigkeiten rund um die Themen Gefahrstoffe und Laborsicherheit
- Beratung bei der Planung, Beschaffung und dem sicheren Betrieb von Arbeitsstätten, Arbeitsmitteln, Maschinen und Anlagen
- Durchführen von sicherheitstechnischen Abnahmen unter Einhaltung des internen und externen Regelwerks
- Beobachtung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Arbeitsschutzes durch Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Ermittlung und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Betreuungsbereiche in der Weiterentwicklung des Sicherheitsbewusstseins
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption von Präventionsmaßnahmen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master) im Sicherheitswesen oder in einer technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen bzw. sozialwissenschaftlichen Ausbildungsrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (Techniker*in / Meister*in) mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Zusatzqualifikation und Berufserfahrung als Sicherheitsfachkraft
- Teamplayer und Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke sowie strukturierter und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Expertise in mindestens einem Arbeitssicherheitsthema wie z.B. Biostoffe, Gefahrstoffe, Laborsicherheit
