You will be part of the Direct Sales Force, reporting directly to the Sales Regional Director, and work in an empowered environment with a complex Matrix Organization where ownership, commitment and discipline are highly valued. You will be a key part in helping our customers transition to Industry 4.0 by identifying, understanding, and addressing the customer’s challenges a pproaching digital initiatives, and taking them on this transitional journey.

**Day-To-Day**:

- Perform sales calls at customer site in order to find new opportunities driving the full sales cycle from prospection to close
- Accurately forecast sales
- Deal with Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators)
- Deal with Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization - Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical community, and Customer Success Organization)

**Preferred Skills and Knowledge**:

- Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English and German
- Excellent sales acumen and a disciplined hunter attitude
- Strong resiliency with self-motivation and integrity
- Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives
- Experience working with the Automotive or Mobility industry considered a strong plus

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Around 5 years of e xperience in a software sales or solution selling role in a quota carrying capacity
