Generali Engagement Solutions GmbH is a dedicated unit of full time, highly skilled employees that work in tight cooperation with our Countries, our Head Office, our Service providers Accenture, GOSP, VPMS, GSS and our partner Discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
**Develop and Implement Communication Strategies**:
- Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to support the Generali Vitality Program's international objectives
- Identify key target audiences and develop tailored messaging to effectively communicate program benefits, initiatives, and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
**Marketing and Branding**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement for the Generali Vitality Program
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate interest and attract new participants
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for program differentiation and improvement
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including digital and print material
**Content Creation and Management**:
- Create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and videos
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with overall communication and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information and insights for content development
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content to optimize engagement and identify areas for improvement
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and program participants to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and execute targeted communication initiatives to engage stakeholders and encourage active participation in the program
- Provide support and guidance to local teams in different markets to ensure effective implementation of communication and marketing strategies
**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and marketing activities
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, participant engagement, and program growth for management review
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance communication and marketing strategies
Profil
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in communication and marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or wellness industries
- Strong understanding of communication and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different channels and target audiences
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, considering the international nature of the role
