You’ll join more than 5,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem. Together, we’re bringing sustainable change to one of the largest companies in the world.

**YOUR TEAM**:
The Vehicle and Cloud Platform is composed of products like the VW.OS, the next generation of in-vehicle SW platform, or the VW Automotive Cloud, a cloud platform dedicated to automotive online services. Moreover, it covers enabling technologies like data collection and management, updateability and digital lifecycle management of all vehicle software, connectivity solutions and mobile online services.

We develop the overarching data platform for vehicle data which is used for data driven product development in CARIAD and all brands of Volkswagen Group. Our data delivery team is responsible for developing a scalable and future proof data delivery platform comprising of all new and already established requirements for data driven development for automated driving. We enable the data-driven development, develop data services, and create data products that will be used to improve all kinds of products. As team we support each other by sharing best practices, knowledge, and experience.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Take ownership to run, retro and improve the value stream inside and beyond of our Solution
- Implement common standards for our program and drive change from team to solution level
- Manage and close the gap between classic project management and agile approaches
- Improve value delivery with partners across all org levels by balancing sometimes divergent views and priorities
- Support the processes concerning resources, budget, purchasing and project reporting
- Be the point of contact regarding questions or issues with our Solution
- Drive management decisions where needed with profound arguments and target group-oriented presentations

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Most importantly, you share our enthusiasm for data, use your opportunities to successfully develop our product, and enjoy continuing education
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, computer sciences, engineering, or similar qualification through job experience
- Analytical thinking and ability to break complex ideas and problems down into their individual parts
- A high degree of initiative and self-organization, independent and self-reliant working style, confident appearance, and assertiveness as well as strong team skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to balance goals of project partners and leading them to optimal solutions from the overall product and customer view
- Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
