**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Mitarbeit im ‚Projekt‘ EUDR (Abwicklung, Reporting, Audits, etc.)
- Einhaltung und Überwachung der Richtlinien bezüglich RSPO (UTZ-System) inkl. Aufbereitung von Daten für anstehende Audits und deren Dokumentation
- Täglicher internationaler Kontakt mit Lieferanten und Kunden
- Verfolgung/Koordinierung der Rohstoffeinkäufe und -verkäufe sowie die Erstellung aller notwendigen Excel-Dateien und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung dieser
- Erstkontakt zu Händlern, Maklern und Surveyor aufbauen, um die Verwaltungsnormen zu verbessern
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung/Koordinierung der Rohwarenverschiffungen einschließlich der Erstellung von Frachtversicherungen, der Freigabe von Dokumenten sowie der Erteilung von Versandvorschriften entsprechend internationaler Standardverträge wie FOSFA/NOFOTA/PORAM
- Verantwortung für die Freigabe von Zahlungen an Lieferanten (jährliches Volumen > 150.000.000 EUR)
- Administrative Unterstützung in jeglichen Bereichen, z.B. Rechnungserstellung und -prüfung
- Unterstützung bei der Finalabrechnung aller Ein
- und Verkäufe unter Berücksichtigung von FOSFA- und NOFOTA-Bestimmungen
- Unterstützung des Commercial Directors mit Übersichten und Daten aus dem ERP-System
- Überwachung der Konformität der Vertragsbestandteile
- Einfluss auf die Lieferantenbewertungen und Lieferantenauswahl
- Beihilfe beim wöchentlichen Forecast für Rohwarenzahlungen sowie tägliche Abstimmung mit der Finanzabteilung
- Neuanlage von Kunden und Lieferanten in SAP sowie Materialanlagen
- Unterstützung beim Monats
- sowie Jahresabschluss
- Kontrolle der Masterdaten (Payment Terms, Incoterms, Währungen, etc.)

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännisches Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Bankwesen
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- SAP und Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse
- Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und guter Netzwerker
