**Auf dem Laufenden bleiben**:
**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Mitgestaltung unseres Learning Angebots - der CoroAcademy Programme - von der Konzeption bis zur Durchführung
- Begleitung und Aufbau der Themen Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und Coroplast Kultur
- Ausgestaltung der Development Themen, u.a., Onboarding, Talent Management, Mitarbeiterjahresgespräche, und Nachfolgeplanung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen zur Identifikation von Bedarfen und zur Durchführung von Trainings und anderen Angeboten - national sowie international

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Studiengang (z.B. Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL, Sozialwissenschaften, o.ä.)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung, Development, Talent Management oder anderem relevanten HR-Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Trainings und Workshops
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Autorentools
- Selbstständige, effiziente und analytische Arbeitsweise, sowie ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsstärke
- Reisebereitschaft bei international angelegten Projekten
