**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Chief of Staff / Executive Business Partner (M/F/x) unterstützt du unsere Geschäftsführerin Frauke Goll sowohl konzeptionell als auch strategisch. Du hast die Möglichkeit, den Aufbau und die Entwicklung des appliedAI Institute for Europe als Open-Access Accelerator für Trustworthy AI mitzugestalten. Du bist Sparringspartner für unser Führungsteam und arbeitest an strategischen Initiativen mit, während du gleichzeitig lernst, wie ein KI-Unternehmen geführt wird. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören im Einzelnen:
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an relevanten internen und externen Veranstaltungen / Meetings zur Steuerung des appliedAI Institutes - einschließlich unserer Beiratssitzung
- Vorbereitung von Inhalten, Reden, Tagesordnungen, Briefings und Folienmaterial zusammen mit unserer Geschäftsführerin
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie und deren Kommunikation in funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam
- Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Durchführung und Koordinierung des appliedAI Institute OKR Prozesses
- Verantwortung für die Analyse und Wirkungsmessung der wichtigsten Unternehmensaktivitäten
**Dein Profil**:
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle mit
- Du besitzt ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Unternehmensstrategien kombiniert mit einer starken Leidenschaft für (KI-)Technologie
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit OKR oder ähnlichen (agilen) Zielvorgaben

- Du bist ein Teamplayer, verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations

- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und setzt Prioritäten mit Liebe zum Detail
- Dein analytisches und konzeptionelles Geschick und dein unabhängiger Arbeitsstil helfen dir dabei, Projekte zielführend voranzutreiben
- Durch deine aufgeschlossene Art bist du sicher im täglichen Umgang mit dem Senior Management
- Deine hohe Loyalität, Integrität und Vertrauenswürdigkeit zeichnen dich persönlich aus
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
