**Product Owner Vehicle Mission (M/F/d)**

**About the team**
- To make the vision of an autonomously driving mobility service a reality we are building up the
- **business domain of Vehicle Integration** with new product development teams. These teams- MOIA vehicles in a world without a driver: How do passengers authenticate themselves in the vehicle
- without a driver? How to always ensure a safe cabin during boarding and during the ride? Which
- content should be displayed on the vehicle screens to provide a safe and informative user experience
- for the passenger?

The
- ** Vehicle Mission team**
***is taking care of synchronising the planned destinations for a vehicle
- between our backend and the devices inside the vehicle and for coordinating the execution of the
- mission. This includes especially orchestrating the actions needed inside the vehicle to authenticate
- and board the passengers, drive them to their destination, and ensure a safe and smooth ride
- experience. We do this for our classic fleet operating in Hamburg and Hanover and our upcoming
- autonomous fleet. For the latter we are also building and integrating embedded components running
- inside the vehicle.

**What you will do**
- Define & prioritise the product roadmap of the team
- Break down the roadmap into workable pieces for the team
- Provide the product vision and direction to the team
- Enable and inspire the team to understand the problems our users are facing and the
business logic we need to create innovative solutions for
- Derive needs of future passenger during an autonomous ride and transfer into technical
solutions within the vehicle integration platform
- Define interface logic for operators to integrate in-vehicle trip features towards a vehicle
system
- Define requirements towards OEM's base vehicle functions
- Elaborate legal requirements and boundaries towards workable solutions
- Collaborate closely with teams within vehicle integration and other domains
- Take care of our stakeholder management with OEMs and other partners

**What will help you to fulfil your role**
- You are comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving complex problems,
are keen in managing multiple stakeholders with diverse backgrounds, are excited to work in
high-performance teams and can thrive in a startup culture
- Excellence: You are highly interested and empathic about the needs of our future passenger
while also understanding the legal perspective with the ability to translate these needs and
boundaries into solutions that are contributing to our business goals. Former experience in
automotive is a plus
- Visionary: You like to see the full picture, craft compelling visions for your ideas, and
understand what makes your internal products viable (or not)
- Pragmatist: You get things done, identify problems and are effective in prioritisation of
challenges to unblock you, your team and others
- Communicator: People enjoy working with you because you communicate well with your team
and different stakeholders
- Ability and interest to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Fluent communication in English is required, German is a plus
