**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**
- Sous la supervision d'un Senior Portfolio Manager, vous participez au suivi et 'à l'analyse d'un portefeuille de plus de 20 financements LBO en majorité sur les marchés de langue allemande (Allemagne, Autriche, Suisse):

- en suivant le risque crédit et assurant le reporting interne
- en établissant les analyses crédit basées sur la modélisation des cash flows futurs de l'entreprise acquise
- en participant aux projets diverses concernant nos dossiers comme traitement de demandes de waiver, élaboration de propositions de refinancement ou d'opérations de restructurations, négociation de contrats de crédit ou travail sur des opérations de marché secondaire.

Le département paneuropéen Debt Markets, compte 15 professionnelles situés à Munich et Francfort. Nos clients sont des fonds de Private Equity et les transactions que nous financons sont des transactions de LBO ou de recapitalisation, add-on etc. pour nos clients. Debt Markets fait partie de Global Banking au sein de Corporate & Institutional Banking.

Vous rejoignez l'équipe basée à Francfort. Les bureaux sont facilement accessibles en transport en commun.

Cette mission sein de l’un des principaux acteurs européens en matière de financement LBO est le point de départ idéal pour une carrière réussie dans le domaine du Leveraged Finance et plus largement au sein de la Banque d’Investissement. Vous étofferez vos compétences en matière d'analyse crédit, de modélisation financière et apprendrez le fonctionnement et la structuration des transactions LBO. Au sein d’une équipe de professionnels expérimentés et hautement qualifiés vous interviendrez sur de larges financements sophistiqués. De par l’envergure mondiale de BNP Paribas et de l'organisation paneuropéenne du département Debt Markets, vous évoluerez au sein d’ un environnement hautement international et serez amenés à régulièrement interagir avec vos collègues européens.

Oui, si vous êtes titulaire d’un Master avec une spécialisation en finance et vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins un an (stage et alternance inclus) dans ces domaines.

Vous vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Vous parlez couramment anglais et allemand.

De plus, votre adaptabilité et votre organisation seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre capacité à synthétiser, à communiquer et votre capacité à définir des indicateurs de performance pertinents pour finir de nous convaincre.
