**Aufgabe**
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Harmonisierung des Lead-to-Quote-Prozesses innerhalb der T*V S*D Gruppe mit, indem Du das Verst*ndnis der Funktionalit*ten und F*higkeiten von MSD365 in die Prozesse *bertr*gst
- Du unterst*tzt die*den Prozessverantwortliche*n bei der Umsetzung der Lead-to-Quote-Strategie im Vertrieb und Marketing
- Du leitest eigenst*ndig weltweite Rollout-Projekte von MSD365 im Sales-Bereich basierend auf dem gemeinsamen Projektplan
- Du unterst*tzt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Prozesses und der Systemlandschaft auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365. Du initiierst und leitest entsprechende (Teil-)Projekte und deren technische Abnahme und Tests
- Du verstehst den End-to-End
- sowie Lead-to-Quote-Prozess, nimmst Anforderungen von internen Stakeholdern eigenst*ndig auf und treibst diese voran. Du hast ein gutes Verst*ndnis f*r die CRM-Tool-Umgebung (Marketing Automation Plattform und ERP-Systeme)
- Um das zu erreichen, analysierst, konzipierst und priorisierst Du L*sungen und arbeitest gemeinsam mit der internen IT an der technischen Umsetzung der User Stories
- Du f*hrst die interne CRM-Key-User-Community in Deiner Region (Asien oder Europa).
- Du organisierst und leitest einen regelm**igen Austausch und bist f*r den MS-Teams-Kanal als Kommunikationsplattform verantwortlich
- Du ber*tst und unterst*tzt Deine regionalen CRM-Key-User bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung ihrer CRM-Prozesse

**Qualifikation**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufm*nnischen Bereich
- Mehrj*hrige Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in einem internationalen Konzern mit Schwerpunkt auf CRM-Rollouts
- Erfahrung im Projekt
- und Changemanagement
- Idealerweise sehr gute Kenntnisse in der MSD365-Umgebung oder anderer moderner Systeme und entsprechender Prozesse
- Ausgepr*gte analytische, organisatorische und kreative F*higkeiten
- Hohes Qualit*tsbewusstsein, Kundenorientierung und wirtschaftliches Denken
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und zwischenmenschliche F*higkeiten, um interne/externe Partnerschaften auf verschiedenen Ebenen aufzubauen und unser Unternehmen professionell zu vertreten
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, eine selbstst*ndige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Ma* an Flexibilit*t
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
