**Tasks & responsibilities**- As Head of Global Real Estate, you will be leading a global team and are accountable for steering a competitive real estate, workplace and real estate project management function and will shape the future realignment of strategic real estate management.-
- You will be responsible to define strategies and priorities for Global Real Estate Services, ensuring the integration of solutions and preventing conflicting priorities by identifying current needs.-
- In your new role, you will ensure the translation and implementation of a global business strategy into action plans for regions and sites and ensure internal and external decision-making and approval processes.-
- Furthermore, you will be accountable to provide real estate procedures, standardization, transparency, necessary knowledge, and tools to support sites with high quality services and to secure a reliable and efficient service delivery.-
- In addition, you will provide risk reduction, real estate services compliance and continuous improvement by utilization of vast expertise in the field of real estate services.-
- In this position you will be the first point of contact for questions regarding real estate management and due diligences at M&A projects. This includes support to all global business partners for advice and physical support for all matters relating to real estate management across the whole Boehringer Ingelheim organization and all Business Units.-
- You will design workplace and office design standards and processes and ensure implementation within the corporation.**Requirements**:
- Master’s or Diploma degree in Real Estate Management or Economics-
- Long-standing visionary leadership and international experience within corporate real estate management; preferably in real estate capital investment and leasing and workplace strategy development with a global reach Excellent entrepreneurial thinking, a structured and solution-oriented approach as well as a high degree of negotiation skills, cost awareness and assertiveness-
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills with strategic and long-term thinking and ability to propose options and solutions who understands real estate value potential, examines concepts economically and technically incl. value assessment and cash flow analysis-
- Excellent external network within the global real estate community-
- High level of influencing communication and negotiation skills at all levels of the organization and the ability to establish relationships-
