**Doctoral Researcher (M/F/x) in machine learning for audio-visual motion perception in real and virtual spaces for 3 years, 39,83 hours/week, TV-L E13**:
The Institute of Communication Acoustics is engaged in the research and development of algorithms for speech and audio communication, signal processing for hearing aids and cochlear implants, and the analysis and synthesis of acoustic scenes. We develop innovative methods using machine learning, statistical signal processing, and modeling of (electro-)acoustic systems. The Institute conducts numerous research projects funded by public funding bodies and industrial partners.

**Your profile**:
- Applicants must have a university degree (Master/Diploma) in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field with an excellent academic track record or a foreign equivalent.
- Knowledge of digital signal processing and machine learning tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and profound knowledge of programming languages (Python, C++, Matlab) are required.
