**Your tasks**
- Performing complex tasks and analysis requiring a deep understanding of cost accounting/product costing, general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Providing financial and controlling pro-active advice to German and three global manufacturing organizations
- Global Center of Operations Excellence (in collaboration with local site controllers/production)
- Responsibility as German Operation Controller and Management Business Partner

**Your qualification**
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration with focus on controlling/finance
- 5+ years of experience, of which at least 3-5 years in (international) operations controlling
- Excellent knowledge of transactional accounting, cost accounting and financial controlling
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP product costings processes and master data (Work centers, Bom's, Routings, activity rates/types, overheads, cost centers, machines rates, labor rates, internal orders, allocation cycles)
- Ability to analyze complex data and scenarios to make short-term/daily and strategic decisions and find simplified solutions
- Comfortable speaking with all levels of the global organizations and giving presentations as well as Flexible, self-motivated, and engaging personality with good interaction skills, supporting and motivating personality with a hands-on mentality
