**The following challenges will await you**

You are performing complex tasks and analysis requiring a deep understanding of cost accounting/product costing, general accounting, financial reporting,

budgeting and forecasting. Furthermore, you will provide financial and controlling pro-active advice to German and three global manufacturing organizations:
**German Operation Controller**
- You are calculating labor rates, material overhead, production overheads, machine rates, mass costing runs, allocations.
- Coordinating, preparing and evaluating annual capital budgets and cost rolls as well as monthly reports including root cause analysis and proposal for improvements (DIO, scrapping rate, cost variances etc.) will also be part of your tasks.
- You are guiding supply chain management (SCM) projects e.g. on savings initiatives (incl. tracking), operational performance, custom project costs etc..

**Management Business Partner**
- You are leading or participating in cross-regional/functional projects for business cases (e.g. footprint analysis, M&A etc.), operational excellence initiatives and process improvements (e.g. cost reviews, variance analysis etc.).
- You will be a sparring partner for Global Head of Finance and Global Head of Operations as well as regional sites to ensure correct product costing as well as improving, analyzing, reporting and monitoring global operations KPIs (e.g. actual vs. plan).
- Implementing tools and guidelines for standardized KPIs, cost accounting, cost evaluation and cost control procedures incl. recommended course of action for plants and cost impact belong to your duties as well.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration with focus on controlling/finance and 5-10 years of experience, of which at least 3-5 years in (international) operations controlling
- Excellent knowledge of transactional accounting, cost accounting and financial controlling and very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP product costings processes and master data
- Ability to analyze complex data and scenarios to make short-term/daily and strategic decisions and find simplified solutions
- Comfortable speaking with all levels of the global organizations and giving presentations
- Flexible, self-motivated, and engaging personality with good interaction skills, supporting and motivating personality with a hands-on mentality
