IN A NUTSHELL

The internship gives an insight into the brand management activities of Design Hotels with a focus on digital marketing campaigns as well as content & event production.
- Opening: January / February 2025
- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: EUR 1000 / month
- The internship must be a compulsory part of the study program

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assistance to Editorial team and Project management: support in communication with involved creative teams, making sure that deadlines are met within the project timelines
- Scheduling, planning and documentation of internal and external meetings
- Preparation of presentations
- Supporting in the development and execution of content for online marketing campaigns and initiatives on the Design Hotels website and online shop
- Support in managing Design Hotels’ Media Database: Sorting and approval process of text and image content from member hotels. Direct communication and problem-solving with hotels during that process

Experience & Mindset
- Team player with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills (task management)
- Creativity and attention for detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience working with Keynote beneficial
