Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a **CRM Audience Specialist Europe** to join our Marketing team. This role will be based at our Hamburg Business Support office, and reports into the CRM Manager Europe on a permanent basis.

**About the Role...**

This role is all about optimising ad performance and CRM results, making a tangible impact on our guest relationships. While your primary focus lies in segment identification and data delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Advertising Studio, you'll also engage meaningfully with marketing, IT, and operations. This is your chance to shape our CRM and paid media efforts, refine guest communications, and fuel growth across the board.

**About You...**
- You will have considerable experience in a digital marketing role, where you specifically handled database analysis, data segmentation and/or paid media ad setups, as well as;
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and quick turn arounds. You’ll always be thinking one step ahead
- Good organisational skills
- Understanding of or experience with relational data tables required
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder and/or Advertising Studio platform is a HUGE plus
- Working knowledge of database management as it relates to targeting/re-targeting for paid media use
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint to create and update campaign engagement reports
- Relevant Google Analytics experience is an advantage
- A thirst for continuous learning in a customer and data driven arena
- A can-do attitude who will represent the company in a professional and confident manner to external parties
