Knowhow über die Abwicklung von Reisen ist gefragt, wenn es darum geht, als Travel Booking Administrator DACH (m/w) unser Team zu unterstützen. Die Hauptaufgabe ist es, für eine unserer Dienstleistungs
- und Entwicklungsgesellschaften in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, sowie unser RIB-Headquarter, die Abwicklung von Reisen, als auch die zur Verfügungstellung von Tool, bevorzugten Hotels, Reiserichtlinien, und Bezahlungsmöglichkeiten sicherzustellen. Diese Stelle bietet die Chance, Prozessverbesserungen anzustoßen und in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld zu arbeiten. Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, die in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz ein engagiertes Organisationstalent verlangt, das gerne Verantwortung übernimmt.
Dein neuer Verantwortungsbereich:
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Rahmen von Reisebuchungen der DACH-Gesellschaften
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Reiseprozessen, und -richtlinien in DACH-Gesellschaften
- Lieferantenmanagement für Reiseleistungen und dem externen Reisebüro (Verhandlung von Hotel Rahmenverträgen)
- Abwicklung des Reisekostenkontos der DACH-Gesellschaften, inkl. Weiterleitung der Abrechnungen an die Buchhaltung
- Ausstellung und Pflege von Airplus Zahlungsmittel (virtuelle Karten und RIB Corporate Credit Cards)
- Mitarbeit und Umsetzung von reisespezifischen Projekten
Dein Profil:
- Engagiertes Organisationstalent (m/w), das gerne Verantwortung über den eigenen Bereich übernimmt
- 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit notwendig
- Onesto und Airplus Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientiertheit und Erfahrung in der Implementierung von digitaler Lösung im Bereich "Travel"
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Neues
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
