We are looking for a talented **Warehouse Coordinator** to operate the full chain of logistic at the warehouse settled in Mainz.
**Mission**:
You will manage the full logistics chain of our short-term loan products used by hospitals and clinics for spinal surgeries in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability while contributing to a meaningful sector of healthcare.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **You are in charge of performing day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities including pick/pack/ship activities, transportation, inventory control, returns processing of short-term loan implants and instruments.**
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales representatives and customers in Germany and Austria for all loaner-related requests, as well as for the customer service team based in Switzerland
- Ensure loaner sets dispatch and returns scheduling on a 3-month horizon to optimize set usage in hospitals/clinics
- Ensure loaner orders are shipped on-time and in full and adhere to client-imposed delivery deadlines coordinate deliveries
- Coordinate with Sales rep and organization of the return of goods
- Check missing returned instruments and implants and inform sales rep for invoicing to customers
- Execute functional testing of instruments when returned from hospitals/clinics, including visual inspection, technical functionalities validation, steam sterilization, and repackaging of products.
- Periodically replenish local inventory of implants and instruments based on sales and forecasts
- Drive the return on investment (ROI) of the loan process, ensuring sustainable and profitable operations.
- Measure and drive local operations performance to improve efficiency, maximize on-time shipping and delivery, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Provide detailed activity reporting to management.
- Proactively manage potential disputes related to logistics or product returns, resolving issues promptly and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Be accountable for logistics and warehouse spend and productivity, working to optimize costs while maintaining high service level
- Ensure contingency policies, systems and practices are in place to prevent and eliminate business disruption
- Anticipate growth of operations against capacities to maintain and ensure proper storage, receiving, and shipping capabilities for present and future business
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures in the warehouse.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in an order preparer, warehouse manager, or similar role requiring strong planning skills.
- **Certification**: Sterilization certification is a plus:
- Technical Sterilization Assistant (Specialist Knowledge 1)
- Technical Sterilization Assistant with Extended Tasks (Specialist Knowledge 2)
- **Languages**: Proficiency in both German and English.
**Technical Skills**:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of AX365 Dynamics ERP is an advantage.

Pay: 45.000,00€ - 55.000,00€ per year
