**Your Tasks**:
Your internship will take place at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. Right from the start you will have the opportunity to work on diverse tasks in an experienced and dedicated team of specialists. You'll join a fast-changing, dynamic environment, and work closely with external and internal partners. Typical projects you will be assigned to could include:
- independent project work and providing support to the Brand Management Team
- Data Analysis on a global level
- Support the execution of the product pipeline, e.g. (Re-)Launches or limited editions
- Conceptualization and realization of the go-to market strategy
- Rolling out and communication of the essential findings on a multi-country Usage and Attitude quantitative research Study (U&A)
- Support planning and executing Below-the-line activities
- Close cooperation and communication with internal and external departments on both a global and local scale (e.g. Sales, Supply Chain, Market Research)
- Significant multi-level communication and stakeholder management
- Monitoring trends, brainstorming new ingredients, ideation sessions, evaluation of the beauty market and voting on final product names and packaging
**Your Profile**:
- Enrolled in a university program in business administration, preferably with focus on marketing/strategy (or alike) or in your Gap Year
- First work experiences through previous internships, experience in a digital environment or FMCG Company would be a bonus
- Excellent creative mindset and visualization skills as well as strong communication/presentation skills (power point)
- Excellent analytical skills, good with numbers and excel
- international mindset and courage to try new approaches
- Passion for Brand Management and market trends
- Willingness to take responsibility and a proactive and solution generative mindset
- Team player capable of motivating and rallying other
