In dieser spannenden und herausfordernden Position leitest Du übergeordnet die Strategie
- und Kommunikations-Einheiten der Hamburg Port Authority und gestaltest das wirtschaftliche Herzstück Hamburgs - den traditionsreichen Hafen der Hansestadt. Du bist wichtige*r Berater*in und Ideengeber*in der Geschäftsführung und für alle anderen Bereiche des Unternehmens.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die vier Einheiten Strategie, Internationale Angelegenheiten, Unternehmenskommunikation und Executive Board Office
- Du berätst das Executive Board in allen strategischen Fragestellungen
- Du unterstützt Deine vier Verantwortungsbereiche bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung strategischer Ideen
- Zudem wirkst Du aktiv an abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten mit oder leitest diese
- Du planst und steuerst den jährlich festgelegten Wirtschaftsplan der Abteilung
- Du übernimmst repräsentative Aufgaben für die Hamburg Port Authority
- Du vertrittst die Interessen des Unternehmens in verschiedenen Gremien, Verbänden und stärkst die übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Politik und (Hafen-)Wirtschaft

**Dein Profil**:

- Fundierte Berufserfahrung mit einem Auge für das Wesentliche und Qualität sowie Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams setzen wir voraus
- Du steuerst und strukturierst Projekte seit mehreren Jahren
- Idealerweise kennst Du die Hamburger Hafenwirtschaft, die Prozesse im Hamburger Hafen und die Behördenlandschaft
- Praktische Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation sind zudem erforderlich
- Es fällt Dir leicht, Dich auf unterschiedlichste Situationen und Gesprächspartner*innen einzustellen
- Du kommunizierst auf Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
