We're looking for a motivated and driven Head of Talent Acquisition (M/F/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

In this position you are proactively designing, transforming, and taking accountability of the Recruiting initiatives that your teams are driving in the business area. As the leader of our highly motivated Recruiting teams (Global Business and Tech Recruiting), this requires top notch experience and management of HR transformation strategy.

You work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure that we remain at the front of modern mobility. And, as a member of our global People Management team, you will report directly to our Senior Vice President People & Organization and have a close interface with our HR Center of Expertise teams.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- You lead an international team of 17 Recruiters who search for top talents in business and tech on a global level, including global expansion hiring (such as India and Chile recently)
- You define the strategy and lead the execution for Hiring across the global organization
- You will use our Flix vision along with a data led approach to positively influence hiring plans, e.g. reduction in time-to-hire, increase of high-quality hires
- You strengthen the cross functional collaboration with our HR Center of Expertise in People Analytics & Talent Attraction Strategy, including Compensation & Benefits to contribute to succession planning
- Stay ahead of the game, drive initiatives, understand trends and best practices in recruitment
- Bring your innovative ideas to life: understand the trends and leverage technology, e.g. setting up new sourcing structures, tools for skills assessment

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

Proven work experience in leading and developing an international Recruiting team and positioning the team as the forward-thinking experts within an organization is key. Exposure to a fast-paced and global organization is beneficial. Our Head of TA (M/F/d) will be expected to be savvy in the following areas:

- Experienced people leader with outstanding team management abilities, strong interpersonal and motivational skills as well as excellent stakeholder management skills
- Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition and scaling the Recruiting efforts
- Passionate about taking your team and the business to the next level
- Superior analytical thinking and using data insights proficiently combined with a clear focus on results and real-life pragmatism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
- Strong business acumen
