**Deine Mission**:
Als People & Workplace Specialist betreust du unsere Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte aus Berlin und Nürnberg gleichermaßen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unserer HR-Prozesse. Weiterhin kümmerst du dich gemeinsam mit unserer Company Assistant um das Office Management am Standort Berlin, inkl. der Verwaltung unserer Benefits, dem Buchen von Weiterbildungen und der Planung von Events und Mitarbeiteraktivitäten.
- Zusammen mit unserer Company Assistant bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Angelegenheiten, die das Office betreffen und sorgst dafür, dass sich jeder bei adviqo wohlfühlt
- Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräfte und sorgst dafür, dass unsere „People first“-Strategie gelebt wird
- Du übernimmst administrative HR-Tätigkeiten, wie die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsanpassungen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- Du steuerst und begleitest unsere On
- und Offboardingprozesse
- Du erstellst personalspezifische Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Du überwachst und optimierst unsere Zeiterfassung
- Du arbeitest mit dem internationalen People-Team zusammen und übernimmst bei Bedarf spezifische People
- oder Office-Projekte
- Wenn dann noch Zeit übrigbleibt, können wir uns weitere Aufgaben, z.B. Unterstützung im Recruiting, Verwaltung unserer Freelancer oder Vorbereitung von Betriebsratsanhörungen vorstellen

**Dein Profil**:

- Erste Berufserfahrung in einem kaufmännischen Umfeld, gerne unterlegt durch eine entsprechende Ausbildung und/oder ein Studium
- Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte im Bereich Human Resources, aber auch Quereinsteiger:innen sind willkommen (z.B. Hotellerie oder Einzelhandel)
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägte Networking
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Dienstleistungsmentalität aus
- Eine engagierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein strukturiertes, eigenverantwortliches und verantwortungsbewusstes Vorgehen sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du suchst eine Anstellung mit mindestens 25 Wochenstunden, auch Vollzeit ist möglich
