**Your Job**:

- You are responsible for the strategic and operational orientation of your four categories: Home&Living, Home Textiles, Furniture, and Technic.
- You are responsible for an international team set-up, consisting of six buyers and two assistants. The team is located in all countries of the limango group: Germany, Poland, France, and the Netherlands. You are in charge of the technical and disciplinary leadership.
- You are able to motivate a large team set-up, build & improve team structures and shape your categories. You conduct the yearly feedback appraisals with your team and are able to develop your employees individually.
- You are responsible for budget planning of your categories, the strategic alignment of your product assortment, and the optimization of procurement.
- In addition to your team leadership you make a major contribution to expanding your categories by sourcing new brands, planning and visiting international fairs with your team, expanding major existing international key accounts, and working on strategically important international brands.
- Negotiating great deals with suppliers for limango is one area of responsibility. The continuous condition negotiations and preparation of the annual talks with your team and keeping the overview are also part of your main area of responsibility.
- You are in constant contact with Category Management, Marketing, Campaign Management, and Business Analytics.

**Your Profile**:

- You have at least 5 years of purchasing or sales experience in e-commerce Home&Living or related categories and already gained relevant experience in leading a team.
- Ideally, you already have contacts and business relationships in the area of home and living and know the individual requirements of customers for the products in this assortment.
- You have strong communication skills (also in English) and strong negotiation skills: You communicate clearly and unambiguously and you don't lose sight of your goal during negotiations.
- You know how to lead a team and have the ability to inspire employees for your cause, as well as the ability to assert yourself in a team, both internally and externally.
- You have already gained experience in taking on, structuring, presenting, and successfully implementing projects.
