**Senior Director, Global Communications**

**Hybrid-Position an zwei Tagen pro Woche vor Ort in unserem Bad Homburger HQ.**

**ZWECK UND ANWENDUNGSBEREICH**:
Der Business Partner Global Communications ist verantwortlich für die Leitung der globalen Kommunikationsstrategie und -ausführung zur Unterstützung der Ziele der Geschäftseinheit und der Transformationsstrategie. Diese Person ist mit der Erstellung und Umsetzung eines strategischen Kommunikationsplans betraut, der das Managementteam der Geschäftseinheit und die damit verbundenen Transformationsprojekte leitet und unterstützt. Darüber hinaus wird die Person für die Entwicklung überzeugender Inhalte in einer Vielzahl von Medien verantwortlich sein, die alle Mitarbeiter und Stakeholder während des laufenden Wandels einbeziehen und informieren. Die Person wird als Kommunikationsberater für den Geschäftsbereich fungieren und Führungsinhalte für die interne und externe Kommunikation vorbereiten.

**HAUPTAUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN**:

- Entwickelt, leitet und implementiert einen globalen strategischen Kommunikationsplan für den Geschäftsbereich und gewährleistet eine angemessene Planung und Durchführung der Kommunikation für die damit verbundenen Projekte/Programme/Initiativen des Geschäftsbereichs
- Gestaltung und Durchführung von mitarbeiterorientierter Kommunikation über verschiedene Kanäle (z. B. Townhall-Sitzungen, E-Mails, Videos und Intranet)
- Entwirft und bereitet wichtige Mitteilungen für leitende Angestellte vor, einschließlich Gesprächsleitfäden, Reden, Briefings und andere zugewiesene Aufgaben
- legt Kommunikationsprozesse und -richtlinien fest, sorgt für interne Protokolle und Genehmigungen und stellt die endgültige Produktion sicher, wobei er auch eine enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den lokalen Kommunikationsbeauftragten gewährleistet
- berät und unterstützt das Führungsteam bei Bedarf direkt in Fragen der Kommunikation

**BILDUNG**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation und/oder Journalismus erforderlich. Höherer Abschluss bevorzugt.

**ERFAHRUNG UND ERFORDERLICHE FÄHIGKEITEN**:

- Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation oder verwandte Erfahrung
- 5+ Jahre leitend, in Führungsposition
- Erfahrung in der funktionsübergreifenden Arbeit innerhalb einer multinationalen Geschäftseinheit als Teil einer komplexen, weltweit vernetzten Organisation
- Hervorragende schriftliche Fähigkeiten, Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind erforderlich.
- Fähigkeit zur Leitung virtueller Teams bei breit angelegten Projekten
- Fähigkeit, mit Zweideutigkeiten und Richtungsänderungen umzugehen und Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Bewältigung komplexer Probleme und die Fähigkeit, Probleme vorauszusehen und geeignete Lösungen zu empfehlen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Organisation, Projektmanagement, Prozessgestaltung und Analyse sind erforderlich.
- Fähigkeit, als Berater für globale Führungskräfte zu fungieren und mit allen Ebenen des Unternehmens zusammenzuarbeiten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu erfassen, zu destillieren und einem internationalen Publikum zu vermitteln, hohes Bewusstsein für kulturelle Unterschiede
- nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mit Führungskräften aus verschiedenen Funktionsgruppen zusammenzuarbeiten und ihre Vorstellungen in wirksame Kommunikation umzusetzen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich, andere Sprachen wären von Vorteil
- Nachgewiesene Eignung und Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung und Durchführung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zur Unterstützung erfolgreicher groß angelegter internationaler/globaler Umstrukturierungen und Initiativen mit hoher Priorität
- Selbständigkeit, gute Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung
- Erfahrung und Wissen über Dialyseprodukte und klinische Dienstleistungen sind von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft
