**Description**
We are looking for an experienced, German-speaking, Senior Copywriter for Content & Product Marketing to join our commercial growth unit as part of the elopage Marketing team.
In this role you will be a key partner to our acquisition and lifecycle teams. You will play a central role in shaping the way elopage and its products are received by our audience, and how we communicate and approach our target groups.
You will be responsible for creating a broad variety of compelling and engaging copy and content for different channels and formats from advertising, social, web, and product copy. We are looking for a creative mind with strong all-around writing skills and an understanding of the B2B market (education, coaching, digital services, agencies), as well as the payments and tech landscape.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute our content strategy for landing pages and ensure alignment with our business objectives by creating compelling content and copy that engages with our B2B persona.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from sales, product, and other teams to translate our technology and products as well as complex topics to simple, yet compelling stories.
- Tailor messaging & storytelling for B2B audiences. Understand the unique needs and pain points of our clients, and infuse this understanding into the copy which showcases how elopage's products address the challenges faced by businesses.
- Be the main key player in the acquisition initiatives, and closely collaborate with our Performance Marketing agency to write engaging and targeted copy that aims to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Optimize conversion-focused content: Implement A/B testing strategies aimed at boosting conversions and continuously analyze performance metrics to adjust copy on the website & campaigns.
- Raise the maturity of our existing content by delivering best-in-class copy and information to increase our positioning as pioneers in the market.
- Brainstorm and develop content ideas supporting the bigger message and connecting the dots to promote our brand.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to ensure elopage's website and campaign copy remain cutting-edge and competitive.
**Requirements**:
- You are a native German speaker with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong grasp of spelling, and grammar, and a very strong attention to detail.
- You have 5+ years of experience creating content and copy as part of marketing teams, ideally operating in the B2B space.
- You can provide solid examples of your work in writing for fintechs, software, or other technological companies and a good understanding of Growth and Marketing.
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality content for marketing, sales, and product teams that customers like.
- Demonstrated talent for script writing and user-generated content as well as concepting and/or planning social media content is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking combined with a strategic mindset to effectively position our products in the market.
- You know how to work independently in an agile and creative environment while enjoying collaborating with your colleagues.
- You are highly organized, have a successful track record of project delivery, and pay high attention to detail to ensure flawless quality.
