**As our Account Executive, you will play a key role in accelerating our company’s growth by actively pursuing new client opportunities, understanding their requirements, and building strong relationships through targeted outreach initiatives.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Discovery & Qualification**: Proactively identify potential clients through research and prospecting activities, evaluating their needs and timelines to ensure a strong fit with our services.
- ** Deal Conversion**: Turn marketing leads into closed deals by analyzing basic financial aspects, negotiating initial contract terms, and keeping momentum through every stage of the process.
- ** Facilitating Engagement**: Coordinate and lead meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring consistent follow-up to maintain engagement and drive interest.
- ** Client Interaction**: Meet customers face-to-face to strengthen relationships and finalize agreements.
- ** CRM Management & Feedback**: Keep the CRM system up-to-date with lead details, progress, and feedback, while collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve strategies based on real-time interactions.
- ** Achieving Targets**: Consistently work towards—and exceed—your sales goals, driving lead generation and securing meetings with prospective clients.
- ** Market Awareness**: Stay updated on industry developments, competitor actions, and market trends through continuous research, using these insights to enhance outreach tactics and align solutions with client challenges.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Relevant Experience**: A minimum of 2 years in roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Executive, Sales Manager, or a similar position.
- ** Proven Sales Success**: A solid track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- ** Communication & Negotiation Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, empowering you to handle complex negotiations and engage with stakeholders confidently.
- ** Relationship Building**: Ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds and foster lasting relationships that contribute to successful sales.
- ** Flexibility & Travel**: Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients face-to-face.
- ** Language Proficiency**: Fluency in German (C2) and a strong command of English (C1).
