Intern Institutional Cross-asset Solutions Sales

You will gain deep insight into the DACH fixed-income and equity landscape across various client groups ranging from banks over asset managers and insurance companies to public sector entities. Your daily work on the trading floor will be highly diverse and include projects in both flow and exotic rates as well as equity & credit products at several specialized desks.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support of equities, rates and credit sales people in day-to-day business
- Interact and communicate between sales, trading, DCM, Syndicate and Research
- Prepare client pitches
- Perform market research, analysis and learn about the different traded products at our desks
- Maintain and improve desk infrastructure

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Study in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or similar
- Strong interest in Global Markets, i.e. Fixed Income (Rates & Credit) & Equities
- Basic to Advanced knowledge of Fixed-Income Cash Products (e.g. Bonds) and/or Derivatives (e.g. Swaps, Options)
- Very good to good academic achievement, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or similar
- Initial work experience in the field of (Investment-) Banking, Asset Management, Insurance or similar
- Affinity for dealing with customers
- Financial math skills an asset
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Comfortable using MS Office, Advanced Excel Skills
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Interest in a dynamic working environment
- High affinity for numbers and keen perception
- Confident and Proactive
