**Data Privacy Specialist (w/m/d)*.**
**Das erwartet Sie**:
- Verantwortung für die Überwachung der Einhaltung der datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben in der Region North Europe (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, Dänemark, Norwegen, Schweden, Großbritannien, Irland) sowie Unterstützung des globalen Programms zur Einhaltung des Datenschutzes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regional Privacy Coordinator (Hamburg) und dem globalen Privacy Team.
- Beratung der verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und Ländergesellschaften in sämtlichen Fragen mit datenschutzrechtlichem Bezug, z. B. Beratung bei der Einführung neuer Software oder Technologien; Beantwortung von Fragen zur Verarbeitung der Daten von Kundinnen und Kunden; Beratung zu datenschutzrechtlichen Aspekten verschiedener Marketingaktivitäten.
- Begleitung und Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von globalen und regionalen datenschutzrechtlichen Projekten, Initiativen und Vorgaben. Enge Abstimmung mit dem regionalen und globalen Datenschutzteam.
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Vorgaben des Datenschutzmanagementsystems, z.B. in Bezug auf Datenschutzvorfälle, Betroffenenrechte, Meldeprozesse und Datenschutzfolgenabschätzungen. Beantwortung von Datenschutzanfragen von Kundinnen und Kunden.
- Erstellung von datenschutzrechtlichen Stellungnahmen unter Berücksichtigung des deutschen und europäischen Datenschutzrechts sowie den damit verbundenen Standards und Normen.
**Dies bringen Sie mit**:
- Mindestens ein Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung im Datenschutz
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im relevanten Bereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht sowie im Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Strukturierte Auffassungsgabe
- Hohes Maß an Motivation, Eigenverantwortung und Leistungsbereitschaft
