**Customer Support**

Vous apporterez votre soutien de première ligne aux clients internes/externes et à leur utilisation de nos environnements applicatifs. Vous devrez relever les défis suivants:

- Vous êtes le point de contact de nos clients en ce qui concerne les applicatifs métier. Vous analysez leurs questions et résolvez autant de questions que possible par téléphone, de manière amicale et professionnelle.
- Vous aidez les médecins dans l’utilisation de notre outil de prescriptions connectées.
- Le support et les formations se font chez le client et à distance.
- En collaboration avec des collègues, vous veillez au respect des procédures au sein de l'équipe informatique.
- Vous rejoindrez une équipe motivée et vous rapportez au responsable commercial.

**Profil**:
**Profil souhaité**
- Vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine de l'assistance informatique et/ou orientée client.
- Vous avez des facilités avec l'IT.
- Vous parlez français et une connaissance du néerlandais est un plus.
- Vous avez le sens de la communication. Vous restez professionnel et patient en toutes circonstances.
- Vous êtes fiable, proactif et orienté solution.
