**Your task**:
Als Business Unit Leiter Logistics (m/w/d) leiten Sie den Geschäftsbereich der T-Systems DigitalSolutions, der sich mit Transportlogistik, Postwesen und Transport beschäftigt. Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit den Chaptern und Tribes die Visionen und Strategien, um für unsere Kunden Mehrwert und Wachstum zu generieren und neue Kundenfelder aufzubauen. Sie unterstützen die Kunden bei der Entwicklung, der Migration und dem Betrieb von Anwendungen sowie mit Beratungs
- und Unterstützungsleistungen im Umfeld von IT-Service und Consulting. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Digitalisierung der Prozesse.

Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich zählen insbesondere:

- Leitung der Business-Unit einschließlich der Verantwortung von Gewinn und Verlust
- Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung und Softwarelösungen
- Weiterentwicklung der technologischen Roadmap und Aufstellung
- Übergreifende Verantwortung für unsere IT-Projekte im Logistik-Bereich über den gesamten Software-Entwicklungs
- und Betriebszyklus
- Aktive Gestaltung des Kundenangangs und Entwicklung einer Vertriebsstrategie in Kooperation mit dem Vertrieb
- Aktive Beratung auf Basis von Analysen der Kundenanforderungen für das Logistik-Portfolio, Verständnis der Wettbewerbssituation der Kunden
- Erstellung von Angeboten für Logistik-Lösungen im Bereich Application Transformation & Modernization für Bestands
- und Neukunden
- Steuerung des Angebotsprozesses inkl. Angebotskalkulation und Risikobewertung unter Berücksichtigung interner Fachbereiche und externer Partner
- Koordination und Durchführung von Marketing
- und Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen sowie Aufbau und Steuerung einer eigenen Sales-Pipeline

**Your Profile**:
Sie haben einen soliden technischen Hintergrund in der Softwareentwicklung und verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder des Ingenieurwesens bzw. können einen vergleichbaren technischen Abschluss vorweisen und sind es gewohnt, auch im vertrieblichen Umfeld zu agieren.

Darüber hinaus bringen Sie folgende Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen mit:

- Nachweisbare Geschäftsverantwortung und Erfolge in der Digitalisierung von Prozessen
- Sicheres agieren mit modernen Technologien und Architekturen
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und aktuellen Entwicklungsmethoden
- Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in der Leitung von komplexen Programmen oder Projekten (in klassischen und agilen Organisationseinheiten) oder vergleichbaren Organisationseinheiten (Abteilungen, etc.)
- Ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Lösungsorientierung (Native Entrepreneur)
- Erfahrung mit IT-Projekten z.B. als Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d) und Verständnis der Software-Entwicklungs
- und Betriebsprozesse in klassischen und agilen Methoden
- Erfahrung im Solution-/ Vertrieb, besonders im Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheiderebene
