**Duties**:

- Serves as the Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst for the USAREUR-AF G2.
- Facilitates CI/HUMINT operations through the production of policy memoranda promulgating support policy throughout theater and by leveraging reach back support for vetting, post biometric match analysis, and all source analysis.
- Coordinates contingency plans for reach back and forward deployed analytical support to COCOM JIOCs during crises.
- Coordinates the transition of biometric mission areas to and from external agencies as biometric roles and responsibilities are defined, realigned and/or assigned.
- Ensures Intel support resources, including facilities, equipment, and manning sourcing are sufficient to enable the USAEUR-AF G2E and EUCOM missions.
- Coordinates and interfaces actions through appropriate organizations including the United States National Intelligence Agencies.

- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- This position requires the employee to sign a mobility agreement under the provisions of the agency mobility program.
- LAUTENBERG AMENDMENT: Employee must meet the requirements under the Lautenberg Amendment/Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968. Must be able to pass a Criminal History Background Check.
- May be required to work irregular shifts/hours.
- This position is considered Non-Combat Essential (NCE) in support of the Army's mobilization and wartime mission during periods of increased tension and mobilization and could be assigned to any location worldwide.
- Employees assigned to NCE positions must sign DD Form 2365, stating as a condition of employment, they understand the conditions described above and the requirement to maintain certain levels of medical.
- Security, performance, conduct, and overall fitness that make them suitable for assignment to an austere and stressful environment.
- Failure to perform the duties of this position in an emergency may result in appropriate action -defined as separation for the efficiency of the Federal service under the procedures contained in 5 CFR 752.

Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.**OR**
