**Manifesto operates trendy food market at Prague Anděl and will open soon a flagship 'food hall of the future' in Potsdamer Platz, Berlin.**
**Manifesto combines dining experiences with entertainment, educational, cultural, and lifestyle events to transform places into memorable destinations.**

**You will**:

- Memorize the bar menu and offer recommendations.
- Take orders.
- Communicate orders effectively with bartenders.
- Clean tables.
- Communicate with site managers.

**For this job you need**:

- Ideally, previous experience in a similar job, though full training is offered.
- Good communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and a pro-customer approach.
- The ability to handle all customers, even the difficult ones.
- Presentation, communication and up-selling skills.
- The ability to be a strong team player.
- Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.
- A cheerful and positive demeanor.
- The trustworthiness to be 100% relied on.
- The ability to work well under stressful conditions.
- To be available to work a flexible schedule.
- To work on your feet for 8-12 hours, with breaks in between.
- English fluency and, preferably, a good command of the German language.
- To respect Manifesto’s COVID rules.

**Job conditions**:

- 3-5 shifts per week: 9am-5pm, 12pm-10pm and 6pm-2am.
- A full-time or part-time employment contract.
- To be considered for this role, you should have a right to work in Germany. We do not provide relocation services.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie merken sich die Speisekarte der Bar und geben Empfehlungen.
- Sie nehmen Bestellungen auf.
- Effiziente Übermittlung der Bestellungen an die Barkeeper.
- Saubere Tische.
- Sie kommunizieren mit den Standortleitern.

**Voraussetzungen**:

- Idealerweise sollten Sie bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit gesammelt haben, auch wenn eine umfassende Schulung angeboten wird.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, angenehmes Auftreten und eine kundenorientierte Einstellung.
- Sie können mit allen Kunden umgehen, auch mit den schwierigen.
- Sie haben Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Präsentation, Kommunikation und Up-Selling.
- Sie sind ein starker Teamplayer.
- Hervorragendes persönliches Auftreten, Hygiene und Sauberkeit.
- Ein fröhliches und positives Auftreten.
- Sie sind zu 100 % Vertrauenswürdig.
- Sie arbeiten auch unter Stressbedingungen gut.
- Sie sind bereit, nach einem flexiblen Zeitplan zu arbeiten.
- Sie können 8 bis 12 Stunden auf den Beinen sein, mit Pausen.
- Fließendes Englisch und vorzugsweise gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache.
- Sie respektieren die COVID-Regeln von Manifesto.
