- Wir suchen engagierte und motivierte Kolleg:innen (m/w/d), die unser Team im Bereich Panel Service Operations/Hotline bei folgenden Aufgaben unterstützen:

- Betreuung der teilnehmenden Haushalte
- Hilfestellung bei technischen oder sonstigen Problemen
- Teilnehmer Postbearbeitung/ E-Mail-Bearbeitung
- Aufnahme Prämienbestellung, Klären von Reklamationen
- Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Sonderaufgaben mittels Access-DB
- Selbstverständlich erhaltet ihr eine gründliche Einarbeitung für euren zukünftigen Aufgabenbereich.
- Folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen bringst Du mit:

- Interesse an technischen Problemen
- Gute Kenntnisse der Office-Programme (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel)
- Grundkenntnisse in Android/iOS wünschenswert
- Genauigkeit in der Arbeitsweise
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sind für diese Tätigkeit erforderlich.
