**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führen und Entwickeln eines Team von Produktmanager im Bereich dezentrales Energie
- und Flexibilitätsmanagement
- Vorantreiben neuer Geschäftsmodelle und Mitwirken bei der Festigung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in Deutschland
- Weiterentwickeln des energiewirtschaftlichen Produktportfolios und Ausbauen des Product-Lifecycle-Managements, inkl. Unterstützung der Implementierung eines Ideenfindungsprozesses
- Vorantreiben der Standardisierung und Industrialisierung bestehender Produkte zur Steigerung der Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Optimierung des Portfolios sowie der Produktstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit den Leitern von Sales, Portfoliomanagement und Operating
- Abstimmung der Roadmaps mit dem technischen Produktmanagement
- Ständige Überprüfung und Verbesserung der Kundenorientierung, der Preisstrategie und des Wertversprechens
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Strategie sowie der Nutzung von Marktchancen

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Energiebereich und mehrere Jahre in einer Führungsposition
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse des europäischen Strommarkts
- Großes Netzwerk von relevanten Stakeholdern in der Branche und nachweislich zu verzeichnende Erfolge in diesem Bereich
- Hohe Führungskompetenz zur Motivation des Teams und dem gemeinsamen Erreichen der gesteckten Ziele
- Ausgeprägte betriebswirtschaftliche Denkweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Arbeitsweisen sowie sehr gute organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten
- Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
