**Meine Aufgaben**
- Sie arbeiten mit dem Corporate Counsel in Deutschland, dem Business Development Team, dem Investment und dem Einkaufsteam zusammen
- Sie sorgen für die rechtliche Unterstützung der Geschäftstätigkeit, die das gesamte Spektrum von der frühen Entwicklungsphase über den Bau bis hin zur Betriebsphase von Projekten im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien abdeckt
- Sie entwerfen und verhandeln Verträge, wie Landnutzungsverträge, Projektentwicklungsverträge, Kooperationsverträge, Joint-Venture-Vereinbarungen, Anteilskaufverträge und andere Transaktionsdokumente
- Sie übernehmen die Beratung zu Genehmigungsverfahren, insbesondere bei planungs
- und umweltrechtlichen Themen
- Sie bereiten Gesellschaftsverträge vor und verhandeln diese ebenso wie Aktionärsvereinbarungen
- Sie sind zuständig für die Gründung und rechtliche Verwaltung von Tochtergesellschaften
- Sie verantworten die Erteilung von Anweisungen und die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern bei Transaktionen, insbesondere bei Due-Diligence-Prozessen
- Sie beaufsichtigen das Vertragsmanagement sowie die Implementierung interner Rechtsverfahren und Vorlagen

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Sie sind Volljurist (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über nachweislich praktische Erfahrung in einem der Bereiche: Energierecht oder öffentliches Recht oder M&A und haben Interesse sich in die anderen Bereiche einzuarbeiten
- Sie bringen, idealerweise, Erfahrung aus dem Umfeld der erneuerbaren Energien mit
- Sie verfügen, idealerweise, über Erfahrung aus öffentlichen Genehmigungsverfahren
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine proaktive Haltung und eine Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Sie verfügen über eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie schriftliche verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

**Gehaltsinformationen**
- Je nach Qualifikation und relevanter Berufserfahrung liegt das Bruttojahreszielgehalt zwischen 85.000 € und 100.000 €.
