Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Accounting Clerk (m/w/d)** in Vollzeit.
**So sieht Ihr Tag aus**:
Nach gründlicher Einarbeitung gehören folgende Aufgaben zu Ihrem Alltag:
- Prüfung aller Rechnungen auf korrekte Erfassung, Kontrolle der mathematischen Genauigkeit und ordnungsmäßiger Buchung
- Organisation, Sicherung und Verwaltung von Dateien, Unterlagen und Zahlungsmittel
- Klassifizierung, Kodierung und Sammeln von Zahlen
- und Finanzangaben für eine stets korrekte Buchhaltung unter Verwendung von Geschäftsbüchern, Hauptbüchern und elektronische Daten
- Erstellung von Abschlüssen und entsprechenden Berichten
- Ausstellen von Rechnungen und Rechnungsabschlüssen
**Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen**:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wünschenswert bzw. Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss
- Gerne auch Berufs
- bzw. Quereinsteiger
- Eine positive Grundeinstellung und sehr gute Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer
- Ein scharfes Auge fürs Detail
- Zahlenaffinität und strategisches Denken
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
