**Die Position**:
Wir bieten eine spannende Gelegenheit, unser dynamisches Debitorenteam als Sachbearbeiter/in zu verstärken. Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Debitorenmanagerin zusammen und bist für die Verwaltung eines bestimmten Teils der Verkaufsbücher verantwortlich. Hier ist es deine Aufgabe, einen maximalen Cashflow zu erzielen, Forderungsausfälle zu minimieren und einen hohen Standard im Kundenservice zu gewährleisten. Der Fokus liegt hier auf dem Chashflow des Unternehmens und du stellst sicher, dass Rechnungen pünktlich bezahlt werden.

**Aufgabeninhalte**:

- Einziehung von Außenständen per Telefon und E-Mail
- Verwaltung des Forderungseinzugs und dessen Status
- Führen eines aktuellen und genauen Verzeichnisses über den Status der Anfragen
- Pflege aller Kontaktinformationen in den zentralen Geschäftssystemen
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle im Team für Anfragen innerhalb und außerhalb des Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und anderen Abteilungen zur Minimierung von Uneinstimmigkeiten mit Kunden und Kollegen
- Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, die auf Kredit laufen, und Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vertrieb/Kunden, falls erforderlich
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Konten für Rechtsfälle, wenn Probleme in einem frühen Stadium auftreten

**Persönliche Fähigkeiten**:

- Erfahrung in der Koordination von Forderungen innerhalb mehrerer Systeme
- Erfahrung in der Kreditkontrolle in einem kommerziellen B2B-Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden
- Professionelles und klares Auftreten am Telefon
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Zeitmanagement
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell anzupassen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Die Fähigkeit, auf Details zu achten und genau zu arbeiten
- Belastbarkeit bei der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Zielen und Fristen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Siebel, SalesForce, SAP FI, Octopus und Oracle wäre von Vorteil, ist aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich, da wir die entsprechenden Schulungen anbieten.
