- Erstellung von bankenstatistischen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldungen gemäß CRR, KWG, SolvV, GroMiKV, FinaRisikoV
- Gestaltung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Konsolidierung der Bank im Rahmen der Gruppenstrategie
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements der Säule 1 der Bank
- Eigenverantwortliches Monitoring und fachliche Bewertung aufsichtsrechtlicher Änderungen/Neuerungen
- Umsetzung von aufsichtsrechtlichen Änderungen und Neuerungen (perspektivisch auch auf CRR III)
- Sicherstellen der Erhebung, Plausibilisierung und Aufbereitung von Daten für das aufsichtsrechtliche Reporting über die Meldewesensoftware BAIS
- Tägliche Überwachung der Großkreditgrenzen und aufsichtsrechtlichen Kennzahlen
Prüfung von Anlagevorschlägen (DepotA) nach aufsichtsrechtlichen Aspekten
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Fachkonzepten, Arbeitsrichtlinien und Prozessdokumentationen
- Ansprechpartner für aufsichtsrechtliche Fragestellungen gegenüber Fachabteilungen im Konzern, Aufsichtsbehörden und Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Unterstützung in Projekten bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Bank
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation/Weiterbildung (z.B. zertifizierter Meldewesenspezialist)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Meldewesen einer Bank, inkl. Konsolidierung
- Gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten, Meldewesensystem BAIS und Datenbanken
- Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Teamplayer, Freude an übergreifender Projektarbeit
- Zielorientiert, Blick für pragmatische Lösungen
- Verbindliches und sicheres Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
