**WHAT YOU DO**:

- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Analysen und Präsentationen zur Vertiefung unserer Wachstumsstrategie hinsichtlich Markt, Wettbewerber und Kunden
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Konzepten zur strategischen Unternehmensentwicklung
- Mithilfe bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
- Teilnahme an und Vor
- & Nachbereitung von internen und externen Terminen
- Projektmanagement sowie Unterstützung des Business Development Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft

**WHO YOU ARE**:
Du..
- befindest dich im Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt in Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- hast bereits einige Praxiserfahrung erworben, idealerweise auch erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, Business Development, Sales, Marketing oder Customer Success
- zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus, mit der du auch komplexe Aufgaben zielorientiert löst
- nimmst neue und unvorhergesehene Herausforderungen proaktiv an und kommunizierst Probleme frühzeitig
- hast hohe Qualitätsansprüche an deine eigene Arbeit
- sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
- bringst gute IT Kenntnisse mit (Google Workspace, Excel, Powerpoint)
- bist als Vollzeit-StudentIn während der gesamten Dauer deiner Beschäftigung immatrikuliert
- bist Sustainability Enthusiast und möchtest dein Skillset in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit erweitern
