Translation & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Translation & Marketing Coordinator (flexible working time and partial remote work possible) to join our growing team in Berlin, Germany.

Working in an international team you will translate articles, blog posts and newsletters for the sales and marketing team. You will be talking regularly to customer support teams and software development teams to coordinate the translation of technical articles and language inside the software. Using translation management software and when needed external translation services you will be responsible for leading and implementing our commercial international strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Translation of articles for our website and strings in our software from English to German.
- Managing our translation management software to translate using AI as first drafts.
- Liaising with colleagues in other PIX4D locations to proof read and approve translations in other languages.
- Managing the access to the translation software for the whole company.
- Managing the budget allocated to translations and tracking expenses.
- Working with our content management systems to publish the approved translated content.
- Speaking to key business stakeholders within the company to anticipate needs and contribute to the international commercial strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in translating written content.
- Experience in managing projects.
- German mother tongue level.
- Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
- Minimum Bachelor degree.
- Organized, able to work in a team and autonomously.
- Experience in communications, social media management, marketing, or journalism is a plus. Perfect fit with Pix4D’s values: passionate, positive, collaborative and respectful attitude.
