Wir suchen einen Planning & Fulfillment Specialist (M/F/d) - PLC products für unseren Standort in Heidelberg, Deutschland, der uns aktiv dabei unterstützt, unsere Planungs
- und Erfüllungsprozesse, Fähigkeiten und Tools kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

**Vorgesetzte/r der Position**:
Quality Manager

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Koordination von bereichsspezifischen und bereichsübergreifenden Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung der Planungs
- und Erfüllungs-Kennzahlen, einschließlich Liefertermintreue, Lagerumschlag, Lieferzeit und Planungsgenauigkeit
- Fokus auf die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Bestandsmanagementprozesses aus operativer Sicht, einschließlich relevanter Tools, zur Verbesserung des Lagerumschlags
- Analyse und Optimierung der Systemeinstellungen zur Verbesserung der Leistungskennzahlen, Gewährleistung einer optimalen Nutzung der Fabrikkapazitäten und Koordination von Bestandsanpassungen mit dem Produktmanagement und dem internen Vertrieb
- Durchführung von Standard
- und ad-hoc-Analysen im Zusammenhang mit Planungs
- und Erfüllungs-Kennzahlen, Identifikation der Hauptursachen für Nichtleistung und Steuerung von Verbesserungsinitiativen
- Durchführung von Fit-Gap-Analysen von IS-Tools, Unterstützung der Implementierung von standardisierten IS-Lösungen für Planung und Erfüllung und professionelle Unterstützung der Anwender

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten technischen, wirtschaftlichen, logistischen oder verwandten Bereich, oder eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Beruflicher Hintergrund in den Bereichen Disposition, Logistik, Produktionsplanung oder ähnlich, mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung, ist von Vorteil
- Expertise in den Planungs
- und Erfüllungsdomänen von Logistik, Lagerverwaltung, Bestandsmanagement und Vertriebs
- & Operationsausführung
- Fortgeschrittene SAP-Kenntnisse (SD, PP, MM Module)
- Kollaborativer, lösungsorientierter Ansatz und starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Kundenorientiert und handlungsorientiert, mit einem systematischen und strukturierten Ansatz
- Kulturelle Sensibilität und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einer globalen Organisation
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
