Qualifikation
- Durchführung von Support in Business Applications (nicht nur im klassischen IT)
- 1st und 2nd Level Support und Betrieb der Field Service Platform
- Erstellung von Reports; Schnittstellen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder relevante Berufserfahrung
- mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT Systemadministration oder/und Support
- Durchführung von Support in mind. einer von Business Applications (z.B. Dynamics CRM, SAP, IFS, DMS- oder EDM System)
- wichtig: Knowledge von Business Prozessen; vorteilhaft: SQL Skills
- fließend Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (C1)
- offenes Mindset, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
