For our division **Global Logistics**, at our location in **Vettelschoss** we are looking for a

**Shipping Coordinator (w/m/d) 1**

YOUR TASKS:

- You process our shipments within the EU as well as to third parties from booking to billing until completion.
- You are familiar with legal requirements regarding export shipments and respective documentation.
- With your analytical and structured approach, you plan coordinate groupage transports including notification processes.
- You have thorough knowledge of customs procedures, including simplified customs authorizations and documentation handling.
- You are responsilbe for air-, ocean-, road-freight shipments.
- You ensure proper handling, accurate documentation and monitoring of our Letter of Credit business.

YOUR PROFILE:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of export air-, ocean-, road-freight experience.
- Bachelor´s degree in logistics or business-related field.
- Familiar with legal requirements regarding exporting shipments, including Incoterms and outbound customs processes. Knowledgeable Documentary Letter of Credit business and documentation.
- Proficient computer user including the full Microsoft office package. Experienced with SAP WM and SD Moduls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
