**Über die Rolle**:

- In der Rolle des Head of Region, agierst du als „regionaler CEO“ und bist du für den gesamten Aufbau dieser Region (HUB + Satelliten) verantwortlich
- Das Hauptaugenmerkt liegt dabei auf den Auf
- und Ausbau und der Qualitätssicherstellung von Sales & Installation, in Zusammenarbeit mit Talent Acquisition und der AIRA Academy
- Du hast dabei die gesamte P&L Verantwortung innerhalb deiner Region einhergehend mit den regionalen KPI´s & OKR´s (insbesondere Verkaufs
- und Installationszielen)
- Um diese und die allgemeine Profitabilität sicherzustellen, führst du regelmäßige Entwicklungs
- und ad hoc Gespräche mit den einzelnen Teams, vertritts und etablierst die AIRA-Werte & Kultur, gibst Input für Trainings und zeigst selbst Präsenz in den Räumlichkeiten und auf den Baustellen
- Darüber hinaus überprüfst du die Prozesse, identifizierst und löst Abweichungen selbst auf und akquirierst bei gegeben Anlass Subunternehmer für die Region
- Durch die Bereitstellung von hervorragenden Umfragen, verbesserst du fortlaufend das Kundenerlebnis
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen HoRs zusammen, um voneinander zu lernen und bewährte Verfahren umzusetzen

**Was Du mitbringen solltest**:

- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre absolviert oder bringst eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in dem Aufbau und der Führung von (größeren) Teams, bestehend aus kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Fachbereichen und bringst dementsprechend, bestenfalls ein gewisses Netzwerk mit
- Im Optimalfall hast du schon einmal eine Region eröffnet und auf Basis von betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen auf
- und ausgebaut
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Verkaufsprozessen, wünschenswert im SHK- / Installationsumfeld
- Du bringst darüber hinaus Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungs-Methodiken wie z.B Lean mit
- Du legst wie wir großen Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit und möchtest immer das beste Ergebnis für den Kunden erreichen
- Du fühlst dich in einem modernen, digitalen Arbeitsumfeld wohl und Du bist ein Teamplayer
- Dich zeichnet aus, in einem sehr dynamischen & sich schnell verändernden Umfeldern erfolgreich zu agieren
- Du bringst fließende Deutsch
