Was Sie erreichen werden:
Die Stelleninhaber:in „Director (m/w/d) Scientific Communication & Medical Education“ ist verantwortlich für die medizinische, wissenschaftliche Kommunikation und Fortbildung. Garantiert die Einhaltung höchster wissenschaftlicher Standards durch intensive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Experten. Relevante Stakeholder sind sowohl die medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Community als auch ein breiteres öffentliches Publikum, wie z.B. (Gesundheits-)Politik, öffentliche Verwaltung, Medien/Presse, wissenschaftliche Gesellschaften und Verbände sowie die Öffentlichkeit. Organisiert die strukturierte medizinische Ausbildung für Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler auf dem Gebiet der Medizin im internen und externen Dienst von Pfizer Deutschland. Verantwortlich für den Auf
- und Ausbau des Medical Education Teams (ehemals "meet team"). Berichtet an den Medical Director Knowledge & Transformation. Entwickelt und implementiert innovative Strategien, Konzepte und Initiativen für medizinische Kommunikation und Fortbildung - unter besonderer Berücksichtigung neuer digitaler Technologien (z.B. Virtual Reality, Einsatz von KI) und Partnerschaften.

Das erwartet Sie:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Bereichs „Scientific Communication / Medical Education“
- Vertretung der Wissenschaftskommunikation und Medizinischen Fortbildung von Pfizer Medical Affairs Deutschland nach extern - Schaffung einer nachhaltigen Vernetzung in Wissenschaft, Gesundheitspolitik und Medienlandschaft
- Nutzung von Synergien und Skaleneffekten zwischen den Therapiegebieten, um die Effektivität der medizinischen Weiterbildung zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig höchste Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten und alle Aktivitäten der Continuing Medical Education (CME) zu koordinieren
- Strategische Entwicklung neuer Plattformen und Kommunikationskanäle im Umfeld der Gesundheitspolitik und unter Nutzung innovativer digitaler Technologien

Das bringen Sie mit:

- MD, PhD oder Master-Abschluss in Medizin, Epidemiologie, Pharmazeutischer Wissenschaft/Pharmakologie, Chemie, Biologie, Biochemie oder gleichwertig
- Hintergrund/Erfahrung in Medien/Journalismus zwingend erforderlich. Spezifische Expertise mit Fokus auf die Vermittlung komplexer wissenschaftlicher Inhalte an ein breites Publikum. - Fundierte Kenntnisse des lokalen Gesundheitsumfelds auf nationaler, regionaler und lokaler Ebene und ein breites Netzwerk innerhalb dieses Umfelds
- Fähigkeit, Informationen und Konzepte, die komplexer Natur sein können, klar zu kommunizieren - Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (schriftlich und mündlich) und die Fähigkeit, wissenschaftliche/klinische Ergebnisse zu artikulieren
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
