Join our **university administration team i**n full-time (40 hrs./week) at our location in **Berlin**.

**Your tasks**:

- You independently process student inquiries (by mail, phone and in person) within the framework of our support concept and keep up with internal processes for clarifying concerns
- You ensure continuous optimization of existing processes in the administrative area You work closely with the entire university administration team in on-campus operations and distance learning as well as with the student advisory service, especially with the administrative management

**Your Profile**:

- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a university degree
- You enjoy direct customer contact and have some experience in the field of customer service or satisfaction, e.g. universities, academies, personnel services or the hotel industry
- Your empathetic nature makes it easy for you to empathize with our students and accompany them on their way through their studies.
- You are a first point of contact and can recognize their wishes and challenges and translate them into a suitable solution. You are confident in using the current MS-Office programs and communicate fluently in German or English, as we fill the position once in both languages
