You love communicating with other people and are a helpful, friendly person? Then we are looking for you as a NORWEGIAN-speaking **Customer Service Representative (M/F/d)** working from?**HOME** in full
- or part-time. The start date is the 19.02.2024. To work from home, your place of residence must be in Germany.

- Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
- PC?literacy
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
- Empathetic and socially competent personality A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream?and a quiet room
