**Your tasks**:

- Support the Finance & Administration department with administrative business and general team topics
- Provide quick and accurate data entry such as purchase orders, invoices etc. into a local ERP system
- Support in producing letters, ad hoc documents, manage post, letter distribution and general clerical topics
- Handle confidential information in a trustworthy and responsible way, following the internal rules for data management, etc.
- Manage your time effectively to prioritise the important topics
- Provide administrative support in production of process documentation, internal process control documents, etc.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
- Open minded approach to problem solving, thinking „outside the box“
- Keen to learn in a dynamic environment, willing to work with a „hands-on“ approach
- Interested to obtain varied experience with a diverse and energetic small team
- Fluent english and german knowledge
- Experience in working with MS office tools
