Your tasks:

- Support the management of purchase requests and raise documentation as required
- Support the internal processes to improve our cost, quality and compliance in the purchasing activity
- Drive compliance to contract terms & conditions for Supplier orders and in all communication towards Suppliers Align across our company functions (Programs, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, etc.) for all required purchased products
- Ensure that the company ethics and compliance standards are clearly explained and aligned with the Supplier base

Your profile:

- Work with representatives of other functions in accordance with our internal processes to ensure accurate ordering of items
- Contribute to our procurement and operational profitability
- Efficiently communicate with Suppliers and Key Stakeholders
- Proactively manage supply chain risks and deviations
- Support the day-to-day administration of Purchasing requests and orders
- Identify and support cost reduction ideas
